1. The service
SKAI Assistant is operated by SKAI LLC (Schoen Khatib Artificial Intelligence) ("we"). SKAI Assistant answers customer messages, quotes prices, offers appointment times and drafts invoices on behalf of service businesses, using the prices, hours and policies the business provides. Results are generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, including keeping your prices, hours and policies up to date and reviewing replies you approve.
2. Accounts and billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, or to send spam. Don't attempt to copy the service's data in bulk. You must only text people who contacted you or agreed to be texted, and follow opt-out requests.
4. Third-party data
Some features rely on third-party data sources. We don't control their accuracy or availability.
5. No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKAI Assistant's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
