SKAI Assistant is operated by SKAI LLC (Schoen Khatib Artificial Intelligence).

What we collect

Your email address, billing status (card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers), and the content you add to SKAI Assistant: messages and contact details from the business's customers (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses and job details).

How we use it

Only to run the service. Content you submit may be processed by our providers: Anthropic (AI processing), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI replies), Resend (email delivery) and Twilio (text messages). We don't sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your content from your dashboard. To delete your account and all data, email support@skaiassistant.com.
